We collect the information needed to process and deliver Cash on Delivery orders, including your name, phone number, city or area, full address, quantity, preferred delivery time, and optional notes.
We use your details only to save your order, communicate through WhatsApp or phone, arrange delivery, provide support, and manage order records. We do not collect online payment details because no online payment is offered.
WhatsApp communication is used to confirm orders and answer questions. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled according to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
To understand how many people visit the website and which pages or channels (for example Instagram or WhatsApp) bring them, we count visits using two small first-party cookies that contain only random identifiers. We do not store your IP address for this, we do not use advertising cookies, and this information is never sold or shared.
We keep order information only as long as needed for operations, customer service, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact us if you need to correct or request deletion of your information where applicable.
